All items are handmade at the time orders are placed. When herbs are stocked, orders are shipped within 1 -2 weeks for local orders. All international orders may take longer.

For pre-order items, please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping and handling.

Yes, once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details and a mini guidebook to prepare you for your teas (be sure to check your spam folder just in case). International orders: Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery.

No. Unless your item(s) had been delivered damaged or you received the wrong item(s) than initially ordered, we do not accept returns. There are no refunds or exchanges.
