What are your hours of operation?


Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.




When will my order ship?


All items are handmade at the time orders are placed. When herbs are stocked, orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. For pre-order items, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping and handling. For custom blends, orders are shipped within 3-10 business days. Note: Please keep in mind that if certain herbs are not stocked in our inventory or if we receive a substantially high volume of orders, these time frames may be delayed.




Will I get my tracking details?


Yes, once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details (be sure to check your spam folder just in case). If you do not receive your tracking details please contact us via email with your order number.




How long does shipping take?


Domestic orders: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. International orders: Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery. Note: These time frames vary for they are not guaranteed by the shipping carrier.




My tracking details say my order was delivered but I did not receive it.


This can sometimes be either a glitch with the shipping carrier or a delay due to particular conditions. If you still do not receive your delivery by the following day after expected delivery, contact us with your order number.




I received my custom blend. How do I take this tea?


You can find instructions for how to take your custom tea in your email.




Can I change my order?


If you need to make a change, please contact us via email with your order number within 24 hours your order was placed.




Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?


If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via email with your order number within 24 hours your order was placed.




I received my order damaged. What do I do?


If your order is delivered damaged, please contact us within an hour of delivery.




Can I return my order?


No. Unless your item(s) had been delivered damaged or you received the wrong item(s) than initially ordered, we do not accept returns.
